At TumiPay we are happy to present the new version of our payment gateway, a change designed to improve your customers’ experience and provide you with greater control and ease in every transaction. This transformation will be available starting Wednesday, August 6 and brings with it a more intuitive, agile design aligned with current digital trends.
Why is this change important for you and your customers?
Much simpler payment flow: Your customers will now be able to complete their payments in just three steps, minimizing time and errors.
Optimized experience for any device: Payment from mobile or PC will be equally simple and fluid. No excuses!
Modern and friendly interface: Every icon, button, and step was designed to guide the user, reduce friction, and make the entire journey more pleasant.
Harmonious integration of payment methods: Clear options like Transfiya, PSE, and Efecty at the click of a button. Soon there will be more. (We can’t wait to tell you)
Visible support: From the new interface, users will have visibility of your contact information if any questions arise.
What will the new payment process be like in TumiPay?
We show you the step-by-step process:
- Payment method selection
When starting the process, your customer will see a screen where they can enter the amount to pay (only in open links; closed links already include the predetermined value). With one click, they can choose their preferred payment method: Transfiya, PSE, or Efecty.
- Payment details
Then, the user fills in their information and follows the specific instructions for the chosen method:
If they select Transfiya, they will see the process to authenticate and transfer from their account.
If they select PSE, they will enter the banking gateway and complete the payment.
If they choose Efecty, they will see the instructions to generate the code and pay in person.
At all times the steps are clear, described in a simple manner, and accompanied by visual indications.
- Payment confirmation
Upon completion, the user accesses a confirmation screen:
If they paid with Transfiya or Efecty ID, they will receive a voucher with “Pending payment” status while the transaction is verified.
The final confirmation is automatically notified and the customer will be able to download their receipt.
