The Ethics Line is managed by an external call center that guarantees confidentiality. Cases received are registered, classified, and analyzed by the Ethics Committee.

Information received through the Ethics Line is classified as confidential, personal data is handled appropriately, and the protection of the identity of those who make reports is guaranteed.

Ethical Matters Management

To support the management of ethical matters, the organization has a protocol that establishes the criteria and stages that must be followed to analyze, manage, report, and respond to a report of violation of the code of ethics and conduct and in general to what is defined in the Corporate Ethics and Compliance Program.

Whistleblower Protection

Inquiries, Reports, or Complaints of Ethical Matters may be made anonymously in those cases where the whistleblower requests it from the operator of the reception channels, for which TumiPay and its Companies have established that the identification of the whistleblower is optional.

However, TumiPay and its companies encourage revealing the identity of those who report or denounce these situations, in order to facilitate obtaining information that allows greater effectiveness in the management of the Ethical Matter. TumiPay will ensure the protection of the identity of those who report in good faith any possible violation or doubt related to Ethical Matters.

Likewise, they will ensure that no type of retaliation occurs against those who raised the Complaint.

Individuals who consider themselves to have been subject to retaliation may report it through the inquiry and Complaint channels. When doing so, they must communicate all available information and documentation through any of the aforementioned channels. Once the situation has been analyzed, if the existence of retaliation against any person who has consulted or reported any Ethical Matter is established, TumiPay and its Companies will take appropriate and necessary measures to remedy the resulting consequences.
